ah, our little pwnd is growing up.....

and welcome to the real world--this is how it will be for the rest of your life

paying bills...worrying if your direct deposit went thru like they said it would, making sure you have enough cash in your account to pay said bills.....looking at your electric bill

and wondering just how it could be that high----

think we went thru this before....but, it was too good to not repeat!

its good that you understand it from the beginning and have an idea of what you are getting into---it can be pretty unnerving if you arent prepared for all the sh*t you have to deal with from now on. (the rude awakening it is, yes)....but it sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders as well as a good job lined up--so as long as you dont go and do something stupid----

and yeah, welcome!

(and seems we got the laptop working again....good thing it had a system restore or I would be looking to buy a new one).....

I do remember you, but you appear to have a new avatar... Coming back and using a new avatar makes it harder to remember you, but I do. oO I want to say you had a turtle as your previous avatar... Maybe. But maybe not. And of course we are alive, it's only been a few years.

And I'm doing pretty well. Busy with work and such but that is about it. How have you been?

The old avatar was a Tonberry you were really close haha. They kinda look like turtles. If you want to know what I have been through oooh boy I could write a book about it.

After I pretty much quit 2 years ago I have gotten my bachelors administration and economics degree which makes me a certified fraud muhahaha. I got kicked out of my masters degree because the teachers didnt like me and the students tried everything in their might to keep me from getting better (true story trust me)

Other then that I have a girlfriend now been with her for nearly four years now still love her as much as I did 3 years ago. I am currently job hunting but that's a bit more difficult then it seems. In the meantime I have picked up guildwars again to gain some HoM points for GW2. 25/50 awww yeah.

That's my life in a nutshell right now.

masters (and doctoral) degree programs are like that---my brother managed to NOT get his ph.d because of something very similar to that (he did all the work..was about to publish etc). I had some groovy experiences with my attempt as well.

so why is she just a gf? 4 years is a good stretch--think its time to make it more permanent? (hey what can I say its summer time--eg weddings time).

and job hunting--right now that counts for about half of the people I know---(I gave up)

as for still being here...got no place else to go (and must keep the peeps in ventari's in line!)

Anyway regarding the getting further with the relation thing. I'm only 20 and I have no plans of settling down like that yet. My girlfriend feels the same and we are not planning on going further if you know what I mean (no not THAT) once we both have a decent income and are stable in life.

Untill I get a job. it's jobsearching and playing vidya though. Oh and doing things in real life.

Geez Undead, sounds crazy. And ya, I understand the waiting to settle down. I've been dating my gf for over 4 years now and we are waiting to settle down, since we are only 23, though I think that is coming soon for us lol. She wanted us to wait until one of us had a full time job. Just so happens that would be me sooooo ya lol

I stopped caring really. There has been too much bullshit going on in my life ever since middleschool that it just doesnt touch me anymore you know?

I am just glad that I have a loving girlfriend that I can talk to in these days because oh man sitting in my house the entire day does get old REALLY fast. (I also need to play through my entire backlog of videogames but you know that isnt gonna happen when i'm bored dohohoho)

That is why I have a summer job as well. Keeps me busy during the day. Though some days I would much rather just sit around and be bored... But oh well. I'm excited to start my real job in the fall, especially since I'll make more money that way lol
